Returns and Exchanges

Our customers can be confident they are purchasing new, never-used items.

To request to return a product, please contact us at  with your order number and the reason for your return within 10 days of receiving your order.

We do offer product replacements and/or store credit, for up to two weeks after you receive your order. The most common fix is to send you a replacement item, and you keep the old one as well. Every case, however, is unique and will be carried out at the discretion of the shop owner. After the two weeks, the initial product warranty no longer applies and no replacements, refunds, or repairs will be honored.

We cannot cancel orders for custom made items after they have been placed. If you need to make an adjustment to your order, let us know as soon as possible, and if it hasn't already shipped, we will be happy to make changes.

If your package is returned, you will have to pay for the item to be re-shipped. If your item is returned and you do not wish to have it re-shipped, we will offer a refund of the item price only, for only ready-to-ship items (not custom made orders). The shipping cost will not be refunded. In the event of a buyer incorrectly inputting their shipping information or requesting alternative shipping methods, reserves the right to charge the buyer for reshipment.

Sale and clearance items are sold strictly as-is; there are absolutely no returns, refunds, or replacements on these items.

 

Paulamarie Collection takes special care to provide unique and handcrafted products. While all items are closely monitored for quality control, if you are not entirely satisfied with your item, please email insert email here immediately and we can assist you.
